To give a final shape to their ongoing discussions, each one is expected to submit their Quotation to the other agreeing to the terms and conditions and expressing their willingness to proceed further.
Unless and until the quotation receives the other person’s hand, it is still on the chat. These quotations sometimes may be negotiated further and slight alternations are also possible. This gives a confirmation to the other party – in the sense their readiness to supply or take the goods. Only when the quotation is agreed by both the parties, the deal will reach the next stage. This is the finalization of the rates; the dialogue based on the quotations received.
